Change in Bank Details

Please note the following important points:

1. No transactions can be done without a Registered Bank Account. You will not be able to deposit or withdraw any amount if you do not have a bank account registered with Cosmic.
2. You can choose to get another bank account verified after deleting the existing one.
3. Your wallet balance must be zero before deleting the bank account.

Follow these steps to delete your bank account:

Step 1: Navigate to Profile - Bank - Bank Accounts & UPI.

Step 2: Existing Bank Account is displayed with a DELETE icon.  

Step 3: On clicking, pop up will appear asking, "Remove this account?" Click "OK" to confirm. Your account will be successfully deleted.  

The new bank account can be added easily by entering all the necessary details viz. Name, Bank account number and IFSC code. Make sure to link your UPI ID to the new bank account now created.
