Chart Required

In case the chart for a particular script/symbol is not visible, please follow these steps :-

1. Refresh the page and check if the chart loads successfully.
2. If the issue continues, open the platform in a different browser such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari and check the chart again.
3. If the chart is still not visible, access the platform from another device (mobile or desktop) and verify whether the chart loads.
4. Log out of the platform, close the application/browser completely, log in again, and reopen the script chart.

If the chart is still not visible after performing the above steps, raise a support ticket on Cosmic portal
