How to Deposit via IMPS, NEFT & RTGS on Cosmic

Before depositing, make sure your bank account is verified.

Steps to Deposit

1. Go to “Add Funds”

Open Cosmic → tap Add Funds → choose IMPS or NEFT/RTGS.

IMPS Deposit

• Select IMPS for instant transfers.

• Transfer only from an IMPS-enabled bank account.

• Make sure the beneficiary name, account number, and IFSC match exactly with the details shown on Cosmic.

NEFT / RTGS Deposit

• Use NEFT or RTGS during regular bank hours.

• Transfer only to the NEFT/RTGS account shown on Cosmic.

• Don’t mix methods (e.g., sending NEFT to an IMPS account) — this can cause delays or failures.

After Sending the Money

• Your funds will reflect shortly.

• Check progress in the Deposit History section.

Deposit Limits & Timings

• IMPS: Instant | Limit: Up to 5 lakh

• NEFT: ~1 hour | No limit

• RTGS: Instant | Min 2 lakh, no upper limit

Note: NEFT/RTGS done after 10 PM will be processed next day at 6 AM.

Processing Time

• UPI: Within 15 minutes

• IMPS: Within 30 minutes

• RTGS: Within 30 minutes

• NEFT: Up to 30 minutes

Deposit Not Showing?

Contact Support and provide:

• Screenshot of payment

• UTR number, date & time of the transaction
