You can now easily disable 2FA. This option will be available only if you have completed your KYC with us.
1. Visit the Security Page:
Log in to your account and go to the Security section, under Profile section.
2. Click on “Disable 2FA”:
You’ll find the option to disable Two-Factor Authentication. Click on it.
3. Enter the Authenticator Code:
Open your authenticator app (like Google Authenticator or Authy) and enter the current 6-digit code shown for your account. Alternatively, you can enter one of the backup code.
4. 2FA Disabled:
Once the code is verified, 2FA will be disabled successfully.
To protect your account, WITHDRAWAL will be temporarily disabled for 24 hours after 2FA is turned off. This is a security measure to ensure your funds remain safe.
Once completed, you can log in to your account and we recommend setting up 2FA again for enhanced security.
