Note: Before you can submit a withdrawal request, make sure your 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) is enabled. Withdrawals are only available for accounts with 2FA set up.
Step 1: Open the Withdrawal Section
Click on the Wallet icon.
Go to the Withdraw tab.
Step 2: Enter Your Withdrawal Amount
Type in the amount you want to withdraw.
Make sure you have enough balance before submitting.
Step 3: Submit Your Request
There is no withdrawal fee on Cosmic.
After entering the amount, click Submit Withdrawal Request.
Step 4: Verify the Withdrawal
You will receive an email containing a verification code.
Enter the required codes to confirm your request.
Step 5: Wait for Processing
Once submitted, your request is added to the system.
Processing time ranges from 1 hour to 24 hours (in case of manual checks).
Step 6: Track Your Withdrawal Status
Open the Withdrawal page.
You can view the live status of your request under Transactions.
Step 7: Funds Credited to Your Bank
When the status changes from Pending to Success,
the money will be deposited into your linked bank account.
