When a position is liquidated, a Liquidation Fee is charged. The fee depends on the Initial Margin required for that trading pair.

How is the Liquidation Fee Calculated?
The liquidation fee is calculated on the total value of your position (Position Size), not on the margin you deposited.
Example:
If you have a position worth $10,000:
If the trading pair has an Initial Margin of 0.5%, the liquidation fee will be 0.05%.
Liquidation Fee = $10,000 × 0.05% = $5
If the trading pair has an Initial Margin of 2%, the liquidation fee will be 0.20%.
Liquidation Fee = $10,000 × 0.20% = $20
Why Does the Fee Vary?
Different trading pairs have different Initial Margin requirements based on their risk level. Trading pairs with a higher Initial Margin also have a higher Liquidation Fee.
