How to change registered Email Address?

Your account must be KYC-verified to request an email change.

Steps to Update Your Email

1️⃣ Log in to your Cosmic Trade account
2️⃣ Go to the 'Support' section under 'Profile'
3️⃣ Click on Raise a Ticket
4️⃣ Select the Sub-Category as 'Email ID Change' under 'Profile' Category
5️⃣ Enter your new email address
6️⃣ Please specify the reason in the ticket for why you want to change your email
7️⃣ Submit the ticket

You can change your email a maximum of 3 times per account. Please use this option only when necessary.
