Step-by-Step Guide to KYC Verification on Cosmic

Follow these steps to complete your KYC and verify your account:

Step 1: Verify Your Phone Number

1. Enter your mobile number.

2. Click Verify Now.

3. You will receive an OTP via SMS.

4. Enter the OTP and click Submit.

5. Your phone number will be successfully verified.
   

Step 2: Selfie Capture

1. Take a selfie with good lighting.

2. Ensure camera permissions are enabled.

   
   

Step 3: PAN Card Verification

1. Take a photo of your PAN card or upload it from your gallery.

2. Ensure the image is clear  if uploading.

Step 4: Link Aadhaar and Phone Number

1. Click Yes if your Aadhaar is linked to your phone. Otherwise, click No and follow the instructions.

2. You will receive an OTP on your mobile.

3. Click Continue and grant permissions by selecting Allow.

Completion

Once all steps are done, your KYC will be successfully verified.

Duplicate KYC Error:

• Each email ID and mobile number can be used only once per Cosmic account.

• If you reuse an existing email or phone number, you may see a duplicate KYC error.
